The environment is totally relaxed, and candle light, soothing music

and aromatherapy are used to put the client in a totally relaxed

state. The therapist will transfer energy from their own hands to theclient, by gently touching different areas on the client’s body. Many people that undergo reiki are struck by the intense feelings of

warmth and comfort they feel during a session. Others claim to

actually feel the waves of energy transfer from their therapist into _their bodies.
